Artist Statement
I create out of a fascination with people and how their interactions and experiences shape them and others. The scenes I depict in my oil and acrylic paintings capture everyday moments, as I seek to honor the subtle, often overlooked gestures that strengthen connection and uplift others. While these moments may seem ordinary, they are vital expressions of care and what I deem real life, reminding me that these gestures are more impactful than we realize.
