Live From Waco is our fast-paced, high-energy sketch comedy show inspired by the spirit of classic late-night television. Featuring original sketches written by Waco writers and performed by Waco comedians, this show blends satire, characters, absurd humor, and sharp observations into one unforgettable night. Expect quick scene changes, bold characters, recurring bits, and sketches that range from ridiculous to surprisingly relatable. Each show features a musical guest and all the fun you’d expect from a live late-night format. It’s local talent. Local voices. Local humor. And it’s all happening right here at The PACC. The world has fallen. Civilization is gone. And the undead are everywhere. Dungeons & Dragons LIVE: Zombie Survival throws our adventurers into a full-scale apocalypse where every sound could draw a horde and every choice could be their last. Supplies are scarce. Trust is fragile. And the undead just keep coming. This fully improvised, dice-driven survival story blends horror, comedy, and high-stakes decision-making. Will the group barricade themselves inside? Attempt a dangerous supply run? Sacrifice safety for loyalty? The audience plays a role in shaping the journey, influencing outcomes and cheering on survival attempts in real time. It’s tense. It’s ridiculous. It’s dramatic. And yes, there will be braaaains.
Chitty Chitty Bang Bang
The Performing Arts Community Center proudly presents its first all-ages and musical theatre production: Chitty Chitty Bang Bang! Based on the beloved 1968 film and the classic novel by Ian Fleming, this enchanting stage musical follows eccentric inventor Caractacus Potts, his two children, and their extraordinary car that can float, fly, and carry them into magical adventures. Along the way, they journey to the whimsical land of Vulgaria, where they face daring escapades, unforgettable characters, and soaring musical numbers like “Truly Scrumptious” and “Hushabye Mountain.” With heartwarming performances, dazzling special effects, and a story that blends imagination, courage, and joy, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang is a theatrical event for the whole family to enjoy.
