Creative Waco is seeking Texas based artists and artist teams to submit qualifications for a new digital artwork installation at the Waco Family Medicine pharmacy.
The selected artwork will be installed across the public facing pharmacy booth wall and should create a welcoming, hopeful, and community centered experience for patients, families, and staff. Artists are encouraged to consider themes of wellness, care, trust, dignity, resilience, healing, and connection.
The final artwork will be printed on Acrovyn by Design and installed across seven pharmacy booth panels. The full wall measures approximately 103 inches high by 497 inches wide.
Up to three finalists will be invited to participate in a paid concept proposal phase. Finalists will each receive a $1,000 honorarium to develop a concept design and present it virtually to the selection panel. The selected artist or artist team will receive a $5,000 final design fee.
