Waco’s First Official Marvel Production Take the leap from fundamentals to the next level. This full-day, one-week intensive challenges young artists with a Norse-myth duet drama—Thor buckling under exam pressure, Loki navigating a different kind of test—where prank-war comedy gives way to a story about loyalty, identity, and leadership that lasts millennia. Learning objectives - Heightened text and rhetoric: Speak with precision in elevated language; shape arguments, turns, and antithesis to drive scenes. - Status and sibling dynamics: Play shifting power with clarity; pivot cleanly between mischief and vulnerability in sustained two-hander work. - Comedic architecture and timing: Build setups, escalate stakes, hit buttons, and maintain cue discipline so humor lands safely and consistently. - Mythic physicality and safe combat: Develop grounded presence, controlled explosive movement, and foundational unarmed/staff choreography under strict safety. - Performance resilience: Rehearse under time pressure; use breath, focus, and repeatable routines to convert nerves into usable energy. Format: This is our Intensive Class and runs all day for one week.
